Il-petizzjonant jilmenta dwar l-allegata natura diskriminatorja tat-taxxa ekoloġika Taljana fuq il-karozzi li jniġġsu. Il-petizzjonant isostni li taxxa bħal din m'għandhiex tiġi imposta biss fuq il-vetturi użati b'emissjonijiet għoljin li ġew importati minn Stat Membru ieħor tal-UE u li ġew irreġistrati għall-ewwel darba fl-Italja.
