Theres actually no reason speaking against an opening al-fresco without mandatory registration and there can be hardly no weather excuse (if its not storm) like "because of rain" in the summer!

An excerpt from a meinbezirk.at article on yesterday's opening (with the conditions) follows:

"Weatherproof guests
During our local inspection in Leoben's city center, the pub gardens were only sparsely visited due to the bad weather. Weatherproof guests were seated under the expansive umbrellas, which today protected them not from the sun, but from the rain. So were Susanne Baumann and Gerald Kassik: "We're celebrating the fourth anniversary of our relationship, which is an occasion for a well-kept drink!" "

(The sentences quoted were automatically translated with www.deepL.com/translator)

So you see if the politicans really wanted too it would work without registration!
And that with a safe distance and fresh air (as it is known that aerosols are the greatest risk to actually get an infection).

I also criticise the fact that the gastronomy according to politicians had to been opened so that there is no contagion in the private environment.
But with the politicians actually intensify the desire to meet privately with measures such as a mandatory registration in the gastronomy and many other places.

One feels almost like an FBI most wanted, the only thing missing really is that they take your fingerprints.

Secondly, I heard about the animap website on an Austrian television.
Allegedly locales are listed on animap.at where the 3Gs are not really checked.
Since here also some people had more problems with the vaccination proof and the 3Gs than the mandatory registration in general. I like to point it out:
animap.at/

Animap.at describes itself as an answer to a "threatening vaccination apartheid".

By the way, this does not mean that there is no registration!
In any case, I did not want to withhold this info from anyone.

In the statistics(for you all to see), I looked up and noticed that we're busy spreading the petition via email or Facebook, but also Telegram
(certainly, but also on websites and directly to people we know).

Now I wanted to present you more ways to spread our idea (apart from sharing the link):
Since there seems to be a great desire for it.
Feel free to be creative and do it the way you think is best and also combine ways.
So the following possibilities are some additions:

Somewhat down on the right half of the page, directly under "Downloads" you will find:
1.)"Flyer with tear-off tabs" (printable).

This contains

* QR code (especially handy, because when you scan it, you land on the petition link directly).

* Tear-off tabs,
which can be placed for example on a power poll (the wooden part only be carefull!), lanterns or street signs like you see it often nowadays.

My ex-ex-employer would probably suggest to put info about the petition in mailboxes, but I rather advise against it,
because just where certain people then write "no advertising" on it could seem a bit intrusive (and then also the printer and paper costs for you that would certainly be a bit too expensive).
But I trust in your good knowledge of human nature ;-).

Two possibilities for websites and blogs:

2a.)
At the bottom of this petition there is an item "Tools for the spreading of the petition"
Here you will find a widget that you can put in:
your website
your blog
your blog.
By means of a generatable code snippet.

Please do not forget because of the GDRP for websites, the two-line under the point "INFORM THE VISITORS IN YOUR PRIVACY DECLARATION ABOUT THE USE OF THE OPENPETITION WIDGET" to copy and on the data protection page of your page / blogs
(otherwise, you risk a fine).

2b.) Directly below you will also find the possibility of embedding a banner on your own website by means of a code snippet.

3.) I also created a QR-Code with the browser Google Chrome which leads directly to the petition page on openpetition (if you find it more practical than the link). With right click "Create QR code for this page" in the context menu I created it.

This I have attached in the appendix!

4.) and of course not to forget the classic word-of-mouth.

5.)
I do not want to withhold, as you have surely seen it also the possibility of the signature list:
See above right "Sign on paper".
However, I do not consider this option to be as it unmatured at the moment, because the wording of the petition in paper form does not have to be final.
And furthermore people could then find themselves in an "either or" situation: Sign now or don't sign after all.
If someone lands on the petition page beforehand, this person can read through the news beforehand and what I find very important: your inputs!

If you need help or want to offer some support, have questions in the appendix (up) you can see the e-mail adress of current petition creator.

Maybe interesting if you want to ask about creating a twitter-channel, facebook page, reddit postings, I dont know what else.

For security reasons its not in text so "Bots" can spam.
Only you supporters can mail!
Dont forget, that there are two dots in the e-mail adresss.

So its wednesday, your half the weak through weekend is soon!
Thanks for your support this week!

And to the mothers here at this point, I wish a beautiful Mother's Day!
All petitioners but also those who were just curious, have a nice Sunday!

A word in the petition description was spelled wrong.

Neuer Petitionstext:

The COVID law in 2020 also brought a mandatory guest registration in the Austrian gastronomy.

This is to become necessary also when outdoor diging/aldining/al fresco (e.g.

pub garden, Austrian 'Schanigarten')!

We don't want an all-seeing (spying) state, contact tracing could not prevent the 2nd lockdown and it will not be able to prevent further lockdowns!

The National Council may decide...

the decree or the law on the mandatory registration(Registrierungspflicht) in the gastronomy shall be override immediately (at the latest at the beginning of summer 2021).

Unterschriften zum Zeitpunkt der Änderung: 302 (298 in Österreich)

obligatory =mandatory
Mandatory is the right term.

There is news coverage all over the web but with contradicting infos.
Unluckily also wrong ones.
Some examples (german links):
www.oe24.at/coronavirus/gastro-oeffnung-ohne-registrierungspflicht/476597660
www.nachrichten.at/oberoesterreich/oeffnung-der-gastronomie-verwirrung-um-registrierungspflicht-in-lokalen;art4,3395764

Beware!
Some of these are fake news or only misleading information.
An obligatory registration in gastronomy is still on the agenda!

The fact can be found for example on the website of social welfare department(english):
www.sozialministerium.at/dam/jcr:d64e7f16-1ad0-4ec4-b113-a8f9dc8ec12b/Oeffnungsschritte_Mai2021_Uebersicht_uk.pdf

Note: It says mandatory registration (obligatory registration is a synonym for this).

Personally speaking the webpage of social welfare deparment is pretty good source on COVID-laws you have a relatively good overview, up to date details, and some foreign translations.
(Thats not meaning I compliment the politicans or COVID-laws and decrees.
Because if they were more predictable and wouldn't change every week it be much better.
And communcation still is laking!).

Anyway, please share with freinds, family/relatives and other people(under safe circumstances like phone,webpages,sms/social media) so they also get updates or get to know the petition.
You are the voice of the idea!

Thank you, you all are "leiwand" (austrian for: awesome/great)!
