Předkladatel požaduje zachování letního času. Předkladatel uvádí, že neexistují žádné závažné důvody proti letnímu času. I prosté cestování ze severu na jih může mít vliv na čas východu a západu slunce. Pokud by tato „mini pásmová nemoc“ skutečně představovala zdravotní riziko, měly by být tyto typy cest doprovázeny varováními.
