Andrageren anmoder om bevarelse af sommertid. Andrageren anfører, at der ikke findes nogle seriøse argumenter imod sommertid. Selv simple rejser fra nord til syd ændrer tiderne for solopgang og solnedgang. Hvis dette mini-jetlag rent faktisk udgjorde en sundhedsfare, så burde der advares mod disse former for rejser.
