Il firmatario chiede di preservare l'ora legale, in quanto ritiene che non vi siano argomentazioni valide contro di essa. Perfino i semplici viaggi da nord a sud alterano l'ora dell'alba e del tramonto. Se questo mini sfasamento fisiologico costituisse un rischio per la salute, sarebbe opportuno avvertire al riguardo chiunque intraprenda un simile viaggio.
