Currently, Russia State Channels are still operating on International borders and promote violence and terror attacks on Ukraine in a following way:

1. Depict War as a Special Operation
2. Say that this Operation is held only on Donbas and Crimea regions and does not target civil citizens
3. Promote homophobic and anti-Semitic satire targeting Ukrainian President personally
4. Intentionally misleading Ukrainian citizens: In countless interviews, the journalist ask the victim of the war about their situation, then turns to the camera and explains that what happened was the result of teh Ukrainian Bombing

In addition to bland propaganda content and promoting violence, this channel is not well known or moderated outside of Russian-Speaking community, but some videos have millions of views, channel itself has 9.11M views.
