I think a dynamic approach on the way the job is organized within a certain time frame (at home/at the office) is the best way to achieve on one side for the worker the optimum in terms of work efficiency/personal health and psychological balance and on the other side at the end this will be reflected, because of the reached higher motivation, in a better Company results. And on top of that we cannot forget that more the smart working will be implemented more the ecologic transition will be supported.
