Předkladatel petice žádá o uzavření čistírny odpadních vod v provincii Reggio Calabria. Čistírna byla postavena v 80. letech, ale používat se začala teprve před deseti lety. Kvůli ní odpadní voda všude po okolí zapáchá, což pro veřejné zdraví a hygienu představuje vážné nebezpečí.
