Podnositelj predstavke traži postavljanje bukobrana i poduzimanje mjera za smanjenje brzine duž ceste kako bi se stanovnici Sarafova zaštitili od onečišćenja bukom. Tvrdi da stanovnici trpe drastične razine buke koju proizvode automobili i zrakoplovi zbog toga što žive u neposrednoj blizini zračne luke Burgas i međugradske brze ceste.
