Abolition of the necessity to submit the Manufacturer's Declaration for re-export of cars bought by Belarusians before 01.07

Reason

We ask for a corridor for the export of cars purchased by Belarusian citizens in the United States, Europe and Korea.
Currently, more than 4,000 cars are blocked on the territory of Lithuania. These cars were bought by ordinary citizens and should have been delivered to the buyers through the border between Lithuania and Belarus.
However, according to the "Agreement on Regional Approach to Ensuring Common Customs Control and Exchange of Information for the Implementation of EU Restrictive Measures" from 09.05, from 04.06 for the import of these cars it is necessary to present the Manufacturer's Declaration - a document issued by the factory confirming that it knows where and to whom the car will be sold. It is impossible to get this document.
As a result, we cannot get our cars and are forced to pay for parking lots where our cars are stored.

We understand the expediency of the sanctions, but we bought our cars before the agreement came into force, we bought them for our families. We are ordinary people.

We are asking for a real opportunity to remove our cars. Please help us.

Thank you for your support, Karina from Minsk
