Путинская Россия считает любые переговоры признаком слабости и никогда не соблюдает договоров. Россия уже нарушила Будапештский меморандум и Минские соглашения. Переговоры с Путиным бесполезны. Putin's Russia considers any negotiations a sign of weakness and never honors agreements. Russia has already violated the Budapest Memorandum and the Minsk Protocol. Negotiations with Putin are useless.
