Predkladateľ petície sa sťažuje na kráľovský dekrét č. 463/2020 zo 14. marca a na kráľovský dekrét č. 465/2020 zo 17. marca, ktorými sa zaviedli opatrenia obmedzujúce voľný pohyb občanov. Domnieva sa, že občania by mali mať možnosť vykonávať viaceré aktivity v exteriéri, pri ktorých nehrozí aktívny ani pasívny prenos vírusu.
