Statt derzeit 5 oder 6 soll es 8 - 10 Entleerungen der Altpapier-Tonne in Tulln geben (wie es in vielen anderen Bezirken üblich ist).
Derzeit wird die Altpapier-Tonne in der Stadtgemeinde Tulln an der Donau bei Privathaushalten 5 - 6 Mal pro Jahr entleert. Dies ist viel zu wenig, oft ist man gezwungen, Altpapier zusätzlich zu den Entleerungs-Gebühren noch zum Altstoffsammelzentrum zu bringen. Außerdem weht der Wind oft Papier aus den übervollen Tonnen, wodurch es zu Umweltverschmutzungen kommt.
Würde es mehr Entleerungen pro Jahr geben, wäre dieses Problem hinfällig.
